Designed to be used within Data Access Switch, this featured printed circuit board (PCB) is ROHS compliant. TCS Electronics, Inc. used post wave assembly, in addition to screen printing, to create the PCB. We also conducted 6 different types of in-process testing, including first piece inspection, manufacturing inspection, quality inspection, and final inspection.

The final Printed Circuit Board measured 7.5X7 inches, with a fine pitch device of .020 inches and an estimated weight of .50 pounds. After packing it in a metal foil ESD bubble wrap bag and placing it in an over pack box with pink poly bubble wrap lining, we delivered it to our client.
